Medium-bodied and focused, it’s zippy on the palate, with notes of fresh ripe green apple, a spritely mousse, and a clean, chalky finish. Pure and tension-driven, it’s a very fresh and vibrant style.
Mocha, blackcurrants, cassis, chili peppers and mint chocolate on the nose. Some roasted walnuts. It’s medium- to full-bodied with a firm core of black fruit and dark spice. Polished tannins.

Medium to full-bodied, ample and lively, with a concentrated core of fruit and rich structuring tannins. Long and penetrating, it's Raquillet's most age-worthy Mercurey.
Notes of lime and lemon, complemented by hints of peppermint and floral tones. Taut and rich, the refreshing palate lingers with a fairly aqueous and malic finish.
